Lightly etch onto baby carrots your initials and your lover’s initials. Place the carrots in a pan of water, add a knob of butter and mint. Cook for 15 minutes, and sprinkle a small amount of nutmeg over the carrots as you chant. Serve. While you prepare and cook your carrots focus on your lover and mummer you desires over your cooking.
Nutmeg attracts passion, and carrots are a phallic shape and the mint is a love attraction herb.
