Ether is the 5th element also known as spirit. Spirits are all around you, but you cannot see them. Spirits like angels will not assist you unless you ask them to.
Ask your personal love spirit to help you with your love request. Thank you love spirit in advance. Your love spirit may well show you signs or drop hints if they want you to do something to bring about the results you are seeking.
