One of the easiest but still very powerful spells that can be cast is one using a white candle.
Place a white candle in front of you, imagine you are able to breathe in the white light from the candle so that it fills up your aura. This protective, divine white light will vibrate at a very high frequency repelling all negativity which vibrates at a very low rate.
